Product introduction:
It is a novel deinking agent applied to waste paper deinking systems, accelerates the stripping ability of ink particles from fibers in the repulping process, and is more beneficial to the effective removal of ink particles in subsequent washing processes, especially for waste paper which is difficult to deink, the effect is more obvious.
Product features:
It can accelerate the separation of ink particles and fibers during the repulping process
·In flotation process, it can also be used as a synergist of deinking agent.
·It significantly improves the whiteness of deinked pulp and reduces the dust of deinked pulp (effects that other deinking agents may not achieve)
·It does not depend on the high PH value and can deink well near neutral conditions.
·It is used in a small amount, and the dosage is only 1/10 of the conventional fatty acid sodium soap, which can achieve the same effect.
Application notes:
This product can effectively separate ink particles from fibers within a wide range of PH values and temperature, and can greatly reduce the amount of caustic soda and sodium silicate added in the pulping process, reduce the PH value of the pulp, improve the whiteness of the pulp, reduce the amount of dust in the pulp, make the deinked pulp is easier to wash in the washing section, reduce the consumption of antifoaming agent in the paper machine, reduce the COD in the discharged sewage, reduce the load on the sewage treatment section and reduce the treatment cost.
